Apartment “Madera”

About the apartment

The Madera apartment on the 31st floor is 70 m² of refined space where luxury meets nature. The name is no coincidence - the inspiration was an island of eternal greenery and calm, which is clearly visible in the interior design.

The bedroom features a striking wall with a moss composition, which brings harmony and calm, while warm earth tones, stone and wood create a cozy, elegant atmosphere. Modern fireplaces complete the picture, giving the interior a unique character and creating a moody atmosphere at any time of day.

The spacious living room with panoramic windows opens onto a spectacular view to the east - mornings in Madera are a true ritual, when the first rays of the sun flood the interior with soft light. The apartment offers a separate bedroom, a comfortable lounge area, a fully equipped kitchenette and an elegant bathroom finished in natural stone.

The most special place, however, is the private jacuzzi by the window, from which you can admire the city panorama both at night and at dawn. Madera is an ideal space for those who are looking for more than a place to stay - a place with soul, where design, nature and a view from above create an unforgettable experience.
