From 15:00 to 11:00. Staying in the apartment after 11:00 incurs a fee of 100 PLN for every started hour.
Until what time can I check in?
Key collection at reception daily 9:00-21:00. Later check-in by prior arrangement: 100 PLN until 23:00, 200 PLN after 23:00.
Is there parking?
Yes - a paid multi-space garage on level +3 of the Sky Tower building. You can reserve a space through reception.

Is it cheaper to book direct than on Booking.com?

How do I book a specific date?
The “Book now” button takes you straight to the booking engine - there you choose your dates and see exact prices and availability of all 26 apartments.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit of 500 PLN (cash or card pre-authorisation). Refunded after the apartment is checked - for a pre-authorisation, the timing depends on the bank.
Can I come with a child?
Yes, children are welcome. For a family stay we recommend the spacious Suite apartments - reception will help you choose the best one.
Can I bring a pet?
No - we do not accept pets, partly out of consideration for guests with allergies.
Are there quiet hours at night in the building?
Yes, quiet hours in Sky Tower are 22:00-6:00. Only the persons listed on the registration card may stay in the apartment.
