What are the check-in and check-out times?
From 15:00 to 11:00. Extending your stay in the apartment past 11:00 costs 100 zł for every hour or part thereof.
Until what time can I check in?
Keys are collected from reception daily 9:00-21:00. A later check-in can be arranged in advance: 100 zł until 23:00, 200 zł after 23:00.
Is there parking?
Yes - a paid multi-storey car park on level +3 of the Sky Tower building. You can book a space through reception.

The Presidential (39th floor), the themed
Tokio, Santorini, Madera, Diuna, Paris apartments, and Deluxe and Superior with jacuzzi - from 1 120 zł/night.

Is it cheaper to book directly than on Booking.com?
Yes - booking on the website means up to -10% (no portal commission), and booking by phone brings a further -5%. Plus more flexible date changes (free up to 48 h before arrival).
How do I book a specific date?
The "Book now" button leads straight to the booking engine - there you choose your dates and see exact prices and availability for all 26 apartments.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit of 500 zł (cash or a card pre-authorisation). It's returned once the apartment has been checked - with a pre-authorisation, the timing depends on your bank.
Can I bring a child?
Yes, children are very welcome. For a family stay we recommend our spacious Suite-type apartments - reception will help you choose the best one.
Can I bring a pet?
No - we don't accept pets, partly out of consideration for guests with allergies.
Are there quiet hours in the building?
Yes, quiet hours in Sky Tower run 22:00-6:00. Only guests listed on the registration card may stay in the apartment.
