Apartment with an In-Room Jacuzzi in Wrocław – How to Tell It Apart from a Spa Area

Reception and reservations, In The Sky Apartments Published Reading time 5 min

An apartment with an in-room jacuzzi is one where the hot tub stands in your own apartment and is for your use only – you will recognize it by the description of the specific apartment, a photo showing the jacuzzi together with the interior, and the absence of access hours in the listing. In Wrocław, this layout is offered by, among others, 13 apartments with a jacuzzi in Sky Tower: each jacuzzi stands by a panoramic window, not in a shared area or in the bathroom.

Below you will find a glossary of listing phrases, warning signs and a ready-made message to send to the property before you book.

Listing glossary: what jacuzzi phrases really mean#

Most misunderstandings arise because listings describe a jacuzzi in different words. The same phrase can mean a private tub in the living room or a shared spa in the building's basement. Here is how to read the most common phrases:

Phrase in the listingWhat it usually meansWhat to check
“jacuzzi in the apartment”a hot tub in the apartmentwhether it is in the living room or bedroom, or in the bathroom
“property with a jacuzzi”a jacuzzi somewhere on the property, not necessarily in your roomthe description of the specific apartment
“access to the wellness area”a shared spa for guestsopening hours, booking a slot, extra charges
“whirlpool bath”often a bathtub with jets in the bathroomphoto and dimensions – whether two people will fit
“exclusive-use jacuzzi”sometimes private, sometimes a shared spa booked by the hourwhether it is in the apartment or in a separate room

The rule is simple: what matters is the description of the room, not the property. If the jacuzzi appears only in the “property amenities” section, it is most likely shared.

Five signs that the jacuzzi is not in your room#

Some phrases should set off alarm bells straight away. Be careful when a listing:

  1. Gives opening hours for the jacuzzi or spa area. A private tub in an apartment has no schedule.
  2. Requires you to book a slot or pay extra per hour. This is typical of shared areas.
  3. Shows the jacuzzi only in close-up, with no bed, window or living room in the frame.
  4. Mentions “towels and slippers for the area”. Nobody walks down a corridor in slippers to reach their own tub.
  5. Does not give a straight answer to a question about the jacuzzi. A good property will write “yes, in the living room” or “no, in the shared area”.

One sign is not yet a verdict, but two or three at once usually mean a shared spa.

How to read photos of an apartment with a jacuzzi#

Photos tell you more about the jacuzzi than the description – provided you look at the right things. Look for a wide shot in which the jacuzzi appears in the same frame as the bed, sofa or window. Then you know it is in the apartment, and you can see exactly where.

Also pay attention to what surrounds the tub. Tiles all around and a washbasin next to it mean a bathroom, while wooden flooring, a window and furniture mean a living room. This matters, because a tub squeezed between the shower and the washbasin makes for a completely different evening than a tub by the glass with a view of the city – and a listing may describe both in exactly the same way.

A message worth sending to the property before you book#

If you still have doubts after reading the listing, send the property a short question. Four points are enough – you can copy them:

Hello, I am interested in the [name] apartment for [date]. Could you please confirm: 1) whether the jacuzzi is located in this apartment and is for our use only, 2) whether it stands in the living room or bedroom, or in the bathroom, 3) whether its use is included in the price, with no extra charges or time restrictions, 4) how many guests the apartment accommodates. Thank you.

Replying will take the property a minute and will save you disappointment on arrival. At In The Sky, you can send your questions to recepcja@inthesky.apartments or call +48 883 81 81 85 (reception open daily 9:00–21:00).

Apartment with an in-room jacuzzi in Wrocław – what it looks like in Sky Tower#

At In The Sky Apartments, the jacuzzi is part of the apartment itself: of the 26 apartments on floors 28–46, as many as 13 have their own jacuzzi, and each one stands by a panoramic window, not in the bathroom. Only you and the person you are staying with use it, with no schedule.

The setting varies from apartment to apartment. In the Presidential Apartment on the 39th floor, a jacuzzi for two stands in the living room by the windows, beneath a starry-sky ceiling (from 1,520 PLN per night). In Santorini on the 34th floor, the jacuzzi stands by a glass wall; in Madera on the 31st floor, it is surrounded by stone; and in Diuna on the 33rd floor, it sits in the living room with a view of the sunsets. The most affordable is Paris on the 34th floor – from 1,120 PLN per night.

To avoid any confusion: the Sky Tower building also has a sauna and spa area at the fitness club. It is a separate, shared facility within the complex, unrelated to the apartments. At In The Sky, the jacuzzi is in your apartment.

Frequently asked questions#

Is the jacuzzi in the In The Sky apartments in the bathroom?
No – in all 13 apartments with a jacuzzi, the tub stands by a panoramic window, not in the bathroom. The apartments are located between the 31st and 39th floors of Sky Tower, so you can see the city panorama from the water.

Is there a schedule for using the jacuzzi in the apartment?
In an apartment with a private jacuzzi, no – you use it whenever you like during your stay. Schedules and booked time slots are features of shared spa areas.

How much does an apartment with an in-room jacuzzi cost in Wrocław?
In Sky Tower, prices for apartments with a jacuzzi start from 1,120 PLN per night (Paris), and in the themed apartments, such as Tokio or Diuna, from 1,570 PLN (as of October 2026). Rates depend on the dates.

How do I ask a property whether the jacuzzi is really in the room?
Ask directly whether the jacuzzi is in that specific apartment, whether it is for your use only and where it stands – in the living room or in the bathroom. Also ask about extra charges and time restrictions.

Is an apartment with an in-room jacuzzi meant for two people?
Usually yes, but there are exceptions. At In The Sky, Madera, as well as Duo Deluxe on the 38th floor, accommodate up to 4 guests, while, for example, the Presidential, Tokio, Santorini and Paris are for 2 guests.

How to choose an apartment with an in-room jacuzzi without disappointment?#

Read the description of the room, not the property, look at wide-angle photos and, if in doubt, send a short question before paying. If you want to be sure the jacuzzi stands in the apartment, by a window overlooking Wrocław, compare the apartments with a jacuzzi in Sky Tower.
