Apartment with a jacuzzi in Poland: mountains, seaside or city – where is best?
You can find an apartment with a jacuzzi in Poland in three kinds of places – in the mountains, by the sea and in big cities – and which one is “best” depends not on the region, but on what you want to see from the water and what you want to do outside it. The mountains offer quiet and scenery, the seaside offers the beach and long walks, the city offers a panorama of lights, restaurants and attractions on your doorstep. If you choose a city, one option is Wrocław: Sky Tower has 13 apartments with a jacuzzi by a panoramic window, on floors 31 to 39.
Whatever the region, one thing matters most: making sure the jacuzzi really is in your apartment and not in a spa area shared with other guests. We explain how to check this below.
Private jacuzzi or shared area – settle this first#
A private jacuzzi is a hydromassage bathtub in the apartment itself, used only by you and the person you are staying with. A jacuzzi in a shared area is part of the property’s spa – sometimes with a schedule, time slots to book and other guests beside you.
Listings do not always say this directly. The phrase “property with a jacuzzi” can mean either. Before you book, check three things:
- The description of the specific apartment, not of the whole property. The jacuzzi should be listed among the amenities of that particular apartment.
- A photo showing the jacuzzi in the same frame as the bed or the living room. A close-up of the tub alone tells you little.
- No words such as “area”, “opening hours” or “entry booking”. These are signs of a shared spa.
If in doubt, send the property one question: “Is the jacuzzi in the apartment and for our use only?” A “yes” or “no” settles it.
Apartment with a jacuzzi in the mountains, by the sea and in the city – a comparison#
Each of the three types of place gives you a different evening in the jacuzzi. Here is a comparison based on what actually changes your stay:
| Feature | Mountains | Seaside | Big city |
|---|---|---|---|
| View from the water | slopes, forest, stars | the sea or dunes, if the property is close to the beach | city panorama, night lights |
| What you do outside the jacuzzi | trails, skiing, quiet | beach, walks, pier | restaurants, sightseeing, attractions |
| Getting there | often by car, longer | depends on the resort | train, plane, public transport |
| Season | winter and summer | mainly summer, quieter off-season | all year round |
| Best for | a break from the city | holidays and long weekends | one night for two, a special occasion, a short getaway |
If you want to go away for a week and walk a lot, the mountains and the seaside have the edge. If you are planning one or two nights for an anniversary or a birthday, the city wins on travel time and on the fact that the panorama works in every season.
What to look at besides the jacuzzi itself#
The jacuzzi is only half of the decision – the other half is what surrounds it. Pay attention to four things:
- Where the tub stands. A jacuzzi in a windowless bathroom and a jacuzzi in the living room by the glass are two different experiences, even though both listings say “jacuzzi in the apartment”.
- Number of guests. Some apartments with a jacuzzi are for 2 guests only. If you are travelling with friends, look for larger layouts with a separate bedroom.
- Extra charges. Deposit, late arrival, late check-out – check them in the terms and conditions, not in the description.
- Cancellation policy. Stays for special occasions, especially with packages, are often non-refundable.

Book your stay →Wrocław as the city option – a jacuzzi by the window, high above the city#
In Wrocław, an apartment with a jacuzzi comes with a view from above: In The Sky Apartments is an aparthotel on floors 28–46 of Sky Tower, the highest short-stay apartments in the city. Of its 26 apartments, 13 have a jacuzzi, and each one stands by a panoramic window, not in the bathroom. From the windows you can see Ostrów Tumski, the Market Square and the Oder River with its bridges, among other sights.
The choice is wide for a single building. The most affordable is Paris on the 34th floor (30 m², art deco, from 1,120 PLN per night), and the highest is the Presidential Apartment on the 39th floor (from 1,520 PLN). In the “Five Directions of the World” (Pięć kierunków świata) themed apartments – Tokio, Santorini, Madera, Diuna – the interiors draw on different corners of the globe (from 1,570 PLN). Tokio and Santorini also have a private sauna.
To be fair: these are apartments in a city high-rise, so they will not replace a beach or a mountain trail. In return, as soon as you step out of the lift you have a shopping centre with restaurants, the observation deck on the 49th floor and Kolejkowo (a model railway exhibition) right at hand. For a romantic evening you can order the “Romantic Bath with a View” (Romantyczna kąpiel z widokiem) package for 749 PLN – with bath bombs, prosecco and rose petals (all romantic packages).
How to book an apartment with a jacuzzi without overpaying#
You save the most by booking outside peak times and directly with the property. At In The Sky, prices are higher at weekends, on Valentine’s Day, on New Year’s Eve, over long weekends and during trade fairs, and lower midweek and when you book in advance. For Valentine’s Day and December weekends it is worth booking 3–4 weeks ahead.
