Space, wellness, panorama – how to check an apartment's class?#
A luxury apartment is one where space, a private relaxation area and the view are part of the interior itself, not an add-on somewhere else in the building. You can check each of these features in the description before booking:
- Floor space from 70 m². 70 m² is enough for a living room with a jacuzzi by the window or a separate bedroom, so you don't spend the whole stay in one room. At 100 m², the living room is a proper room where you have dinner at a table, not on the edge of the bed.
- Wellness in the apartment. A jacuzzi, sauna or freestanding bathtub is for you alone – no timetable, no towels from the spa reception and no other guests. Placement matters too: a bathtub by a panoramic window offers something different from a bathtub in the bathroom.
- A panorama from height. A window on the 30th floor shows the city; a window on the 3rd floor shows the tenement house next door. Apart from the floor, check which way the windows face, because that decides whether you see the sunset or the Market Square.
To be fair, we should also say what you won't find in Sky Tower. In The Sky is an aparthotel, not a hotel: there is no swimming pool, no hotel restaurant and no breakfast included in the rate. Among the apartments with private wellness, those with a sauna give the most space for the least money: 100 m² from 720 PLN per night, which is less than any apartment with a jacuzzi. A jacuzzi by a panoramic window costs more, but it offers something a sauna cannot: a bath with a view of the city.

- You want space and a quiet evening – Luxury Suite with sauna on the 31st floor or Superior with sauna on the 39th. You get 100 m², a sauna to yourself and budget left over for dinner in the apartment.
- You want a bath with a view of the centre – Deluxe with bathtub by the window on the 28th floor: 100 m², a living room, a separate bedroom and a freestanding bathtub by the window facing the Market Square, from 850 PLN.
- You want the strongest effect – Presidential Apartment on the 39th floor, the highest apartment with a jacuzzi in the property. It has a jacuzzi for two in the living room by the windows, a starry-sky ceiling and a swing in the living room; it is designed for a maximum of 2 guests.
