Sky Tower apartments: how to stay overnight and what does a night cost?
To stay overnight in Sky Tower, you book one of the 26 In The Sky apartments on floors 28–46 online, by phone or via Booking.com, and a night costs from 520 PLN (Studio, Classic) to about 1,570 PLN (themed apartments with a jacuzzi), depending on the dates. You pay in advance, leave a refundable 500 PLN deposit on arrival, and the stay runs from 15:00 to 11:00. How much does a night in a Sky Tower apartment cost?#
The most affordable night in the Sky Tower apartments starts at 520 PLN, while the most exclusive apartments start at about 1,570 PLN. The price depends mainly on what is inside, such as a sauna, bathtub, jacuzzi and floor area, and only then on the dates. These are the price ranges:

These are “from” prices. At weekends, on Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, long weekends and during trade fairs they are higher, while midweek and when booking in advance they are lower. Children up to 6 years old without an extra bed stay at no extra charge.
How to stay overnight in Sky Tower: a plan from booking to check-out#
The whole process can be broken down into five steps. You can handle most things online and only arrange with reception what requires preparation.
- In advance: choosing and booking. Choose your apartment and dates in the calendar on the property's website or call +48 883 81 81 85. For Valentine's Day and December weekends, it is worth booking 3–4 weeks ahead. When you book online, the confirmation arrives immediately.
- At booking: payment. Under the terms and conditions, you pay 100% of the cost of the stay, in Polish złoty only. If you need a VAT invoice, indicate this straight away.
- A few days before: arrangements with reception. Reserve a space in the paid garage on level +3 and let reception know about a late arrival if you will arrive after 21:00. Decorations for a special occasion (balloons, flowers) are personalised at least 5 working days in advance.
- Arrival day: check-in from 15:00. Reception is on the ground floor, at the marked entrance on Gwiaździsta 64, and is open daily 9:00–21:00. You leave a 500 PLN deposit in cash or as a card pre-authorisation, and the lift takes you up to your apartment's floor in about 45 seconds.
- Departure day: check-out by 11:00. The deposit is returned: cash within 7 working days, a pre-authorisation within up to 14 working days, depending on the bank.

The nightly rate may be supplemented by charges that depend on how you plan your arrival and departure. It is worth knowing them before you book, so they do not surprise you on site:
- Refundable deposit: 500 PLN; 1,000 PLN with the birthday package.
- Late arrival: by prior arrangement with reception, 100 PLN until 23:00 and 200 PLN after 23:00.
- Check-out after 11:00: 100 PLN for each hour or part of an hour.
- Parking: the garage is paid; you arrange the space and its cost with reception.
- Extras: e.g. romantic packages from 699 PLN or a couples' massage; you order them only if you wish.
Example: if you book a Studio midweek and arrive at 22:00, you pay from 520 PLN for the night plus 100 PLN for late arrival, and leave a 500 PLN deposit that is returned later. For smoking, including e-cigarettes, the terms and conditions provide for a 1,000 PLN penalty, as smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
How to pay less for the same night in Sky Tower#
You can spend different amounts on the same night in the same apartment. It all depends on the booking channel and timing.
Book direct. On the property's website you pay up to 10% less than on booking portals, and when booking by phone you get an additional 5% discount. The difference comes from the 15–25% commission that properties pay to portals; details are in the article Booking.com or direct booking.
Choose midweek. Midweek nights are usually cheaper than weekend ones, and booking in advance also lowers the price.
Keep your options open. With a direct booking, you can change the dates at no charge up to 48 hours before arrival. For cancellations, the terms provide for a full refund only if you cancel at least 14 days in advance, and packages are non-refundable. The binding provisions are those of the In The Sky terms and conditions for short stays.
Use the Prestige Pass. Every guest receives a discount card: -20% at Apex One, -15% at Dom Wina and -10% at Kofuku Sushi. It comes in handy if you have dinner in the building.
